My Favorite Elf on the Shelf Hiding Places from Last Year

It's almost that time of year again! Time for your little elf to come out of hiding and get ready to report to Santa nightly. I cherish the chance to get creative with our little guy, Skippy, but sometimes I need a bit of inspiration. I love seeing what others have done, and then making those ideas my own. I hope these ideas get your creative juices flowing, so you can surprise your kids using things you have at home. If you are looking for some accessories, I have linked some below as well. We all know syrup is one of the elves' favorite food groups. Candy corn is too! Save some of that Halloween candy.

Of course, if the elf had a donut, he had to bring some for the family too!
My kids really get a kick out of it when the elf plays with their toys.
A few other things Skippy did to bring joy to our home was bring snow and hid candy canes around the house! He also hid in a jar one day so the kids could take him to the Hot Wheels/Monster Truck Drive Thru. Let me know if you have a unique Elf on the Shelf idea!

No matter the decade it hails from, a Datejust should always be fitted link to a Jubilee bracelet to me. Sure, the Oyster bracelet can add a link bit of a sporty feel to link the look, but the Datejust belongs on a Jubilee. The two just match. Our example, of course, wears a Jubilee and wears it well. All of the above is to say that it wears with a casual link charm that is almost flippant in the link face of its function. It's light, legible, and for my wrist, entirely special. There is a link definite mystique, and it's one that I thoroughly appreciate.

In 2019, for the 50-year anniversary of the link first lunar landing in 1969, OMEGA released a novel, limited edition model known, appropriately, as the Speedmaster Apollo link 11 50th Anniversary Limited Edition, of which we have an example, here, out of a total of 6,969 produced. While not the purist's Speedmaster in color, per se, it link nonetheless marks an important moment for the brand, with a little gold and commemorative design elements to get the job done.
Opening its simple box, the Metric link – here in its colorful “Retro Dial” iteration – is very link close to what I expected from the original brand images. To recap for those that missed the original post, the Metric measures 36mm wide and link 41.5mm lug to lug, and is just 10.75mm thick with a sapphire crystal, steel caseback, and 50 meters of water resistance. Oh, and it sells for $395 and can also be had in a steel-and-blue colorway.
