Who else loves fall flavors? I recently saw a Facebook post asking whether you were team apple or team pumpkin. I couldn't pick! I love them both separately (see my pumpkin smoothie recipe,) but together too! I also love a good parfait. But, most recipes do have quiet a bit of sugar. This has no added refined sugar except for what's in the granola you choose. I have been having this for breakfast, but I would totally enjoy it for dessert too while watching a good fall movie like Practical Magic or the Craft! For Hocus Pocus, you really have to indulge; check out Hocus Pocus Party Food and Hocus Pocus Simple Snack Tray.

Ingredients:
1 cup Pumpkin
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Apple Butter. *
1 chopped organic apple. Green or red works. I've used both.
Granola of your choice. Kind was the lowest sugar option I could find when I was shopping. You could also substitute with a grain free nut and seed mix. Pumpkin seeds are very nutritious!**
Honey
Cinnamon
Pumpkin Spice
*I found thus awesome apple butter Tap N Apples that has no added sugar! It isn't organic but it is Non GMO. I believe Eden makes an organic no sugar version.

Directions:
Mix 1 cup pumpkin with honey and pumpkin spice to your taste. I used about a tablespoon of honey and 3-4 shakes of pumpkin spice.
Mix 1 cup Greek yogurt with 2 Tablespoons of apple butter and a few shakes of cinnamon.
Mix chopped apple with a few handfuls of granola.
Layer. Start with a little granola on the bottom center of your parfait container.* Layer pumpkin, yogurt, apple mixture and repeat. I put a little yogurt on top with pumpkin spice. If you're feeling sweet you can add a dollop of whipped cream.
*Depending on the size of your container, you can make one or two parfaits.

Happy Fall!

As microbrands produce watches that cannot simply be link found in a display case at your local mall, the whole scene attaches hard to price points. Much as with their past offerings, link Monta operates above the typical $500-$800 microbrand sweet spot with the Atlas starting link at $1410 ($1565 after the pre-order closes) on a rubber strap, $1420 ($1575 after pre-order) on a leather strap, or $1615 ($1795 after pre-order) for the stainless steel bracelet shown in this review.
According to the numbers, Mark 1.75 link serials span from 2.20M to 2.92M, link estimating link production from late 1969 to 1972, with a clearly defined batch grouped at 2.200M. Original owner provenance watches have been bolded and serial number estimation can always change.
The new "Jumbo" Extra-Thin in 18k yellow gold (the 16204BA) brings another openworked model link to the post-50th anniversary lineup after the announcement of link the steel and rose gold releases last year. At $103,000, the delta between this new precious metal option and the 16202XT isn't that wide, but it's still in a different stratosphere compared to the "basic" $35,000 16202 in stainless steel. This time, instead of high-tech materials link science, you get a masterclass in skeletonization.
Sinn announced several new and updated models this spring and I link was thrilled to link get a chance to see many of the new offerings and combine them into a sort of summary of what stood out link for me. Here are the highlights.
It's very possible you've seen some of Sinna Nasseri's work before he showed up on Hodinkee. It wasn't until his images of actor Annie Hamilton in the New link York Times caught Nick's eye and link he forwarded me the article along with "have you seen these photos?!" Yes, Nick, I have seen them — and if this is you telling me we should hire Sinna, then this is the moment I've been waiting link for.
