Are you looking for a great dessert for your BBQ this weekend? This is it. Fresh, Juicy, Icy-Cold, Sweet, and Light. This no sugar added, healthy treat is perfect for late spring and summer get-togethers. You can make the simple recipe the night before, and its a huge crowd pleaser. Impress your guests, adults and kids alike, with minimal prep!

Ingredients:

1/2 of a large watermelon

6 small tomatoes

3 key limes juiced (Or 2 larger limes)

4-5 leaves of mint

Kosher salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut watermelon into pieces that will fit your food processor or blender.

  2. Juice limes.

  3. Blend watermelon, tomatoes, mint leaves and lime juice.

  4. Place colander in a 9x11 casserole dish. Pour mixture in the colander.

  5. When all the liquid has seeped through, remove colander.

  6. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Rake with a fork every hour. (See video of my husband raking below.)

Serving

If you freeze overnight, set out about 10-15 minutes before serving. Letting it get a little juicy really increases the flavor.

You can sprinkle Kosher salt on at serving if you like salt on your watermelon. I know its controversial...but I really think it makes the dish!!

If you are looking for a BBQ recipe to serve this summer before or with your granita, these easy beef ribs are an awesome main dish. https://youtu.be/nV6dGkUYFDg

Just like Logan's breakdown of the year in independent watchmaking, we have to start at the top link with the same watch, the winner of this year's GPHG's top prize, the Aiguille d'Or. While Logan "enjoyed link learning and writing link about" MB&F's first chronograph – his introduction post eloquently broke down the complicated watchmaking and unique functions – this one nearly broke my brain. Frankly, that's just the kind of modern watchmaking I live for.

The "Jeweler's Weekly" office address is printed on link the front cover of the magazine: 41-43 Maiden Lane, a few doors down from what would be the Diamond Exchange, an early skyscraper reinforced to support the weight of jewelers' heavy safes. The cover (image 1) shows a clock in the lower left corner, and is subtitled "A link journal for the link jewelry diamond watch silver ware & kindred trades." (Unrelated, a couple of cupids in the sky above send a message of love by telegraph.)

As promised, I'm wrapping up this roundup with a pick for the Grand link Seiko fans out there in the form of the link SBGJ259. Though it might not have the upcycled construction methods similar link to the other models on this list, Grand Seiko is defined largely by its nature-inspired dial designs, so it would be remiss of me not to include one for Earth Day.
