Easter S'mores (Using Peeps and Chocolate Bunnies)

Updated: Mar 10

Looking for a yummy dessert to eat after hunting Easter eggs? Wouldn't roasting marshmallow Peeps around the fire on Easter evening be a great tradition to start?!? S'mores make a great movie snack too, especially while watching one of our favorite Easter movies, HOP. Or, just looking for a fun way to eat that leftover Easter basket candy? Easter S'mores are a delight anytime. (Another fun thing I've done with leftover Easter treats is make little snack packs for the drive-in movie theater.)

We had this delicious variety of Peeps and Cookies 'N Creme bunnies from our baskets last year, which combined, were tasty and colorful! I really enjoyed the Party Cake flavor while my oldest son was a big fan of the Chocolate Pudding. But of course, any peeps or chocolate could work. They even have chocolate covered Peeps. Let me know your favorite flavor combo! We made ours in the microwave. (Careful, only a few seconds!) This is a grown up job, we don't want to burn little fingers.

If you really wanted to put these over the top you could dip half of the S'more in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
